I like how the serving size is about an ounce, to keep the sugar grams low. Absolutely no one is taking 13 snacking sessions to complete this bag. Personally, it would take me 3 or 2 if they are gaming sessions.

I looked and the serving size is 1/2 cup and 6 grams of sugar. A full cup of this is 12 grams of sugar. This is the same amount of sugar as one cup of Honey Nut Cheerios. I don't eat either of those things but I have to say I'm surprised there isn't more sugar in here.

open the bag when you get it, pre-portion it reasonably into little ziplog bags or whatever, learn a little self-control

I may be in the minority. But I definitely have a small glass bowl that holds about 3/4 cup max for exactly this type of sugary crap.

If it were an issue of self control, I would eat the whole bag instead of halting myself at the 1/3 or 1/2 point. I practice content control as an alternative to self control, because I usually know exactly how much of something I'm going to eat in a setting. When I game, I want to snack the whole time, so I usually opt for grapes or unsalted peanuts instead of something like this or Doritos. It's not that I wouldn't be able to grab a small 1 oz bag of these for my session and eat nothing else. It's more the fact that I wouldn't even do that to myself. Or spend the time to individually bag them. I'd rather just have more of something with less sugar, or salt in reference to chips.
