If you're new to RE - 2 and 3 here are remakes, and very good/ recent remakes at that. Village and 7 are "new style" RE games, first person instead of third and fairly disconnected from the other RE titles. All of these are great games, but most of the rest of the bundle is meh. 5 and 6 don't hold up much, revelations 1 & 2 are basically shovelware, and 1 is mostly only good for nostalgia. 4 is great, but the version here is the original, not the more recent remake.

Recommend going with the $20 bundle as Village can be had < $15 pretty much whenever. It's $12.51 right now at instant-gaming.com, or if you want an official store, it's $14.10 at gamebillet with code 2023GB5.

I'm new to re and just bought the re4 remake because of the good things I've heard about it. Will it matter with me starting on that game or should I buy this and start with a different game.
