Thanks OP, mine was expiring in 10 days. $20 is great for all of our devices for a year. Rep given.

On the downside, when I entered the code, it made my new expiration date 366 days from today, rather than from the old expiration date of 8/25/23. I have been doing Norton every year for 15 or 20 years, and I remember long ago my practice was to wait until a day or two before the current subscription was ending to enter the new code, to avoid losing days of paid subscription. I could have sworn that, a year or two ago, that no longer was necessary, and that Norton would simply add the new year onto whatever was left of the last subscription. But I guess that's not the case anymore, if I am right that it had even changed..... (it's no big deal for any one person -- 10 days is $.55 worth at $20/year -- but in the aggregate, I'll bet it is amounts to a (relatively) significant chunk of money for Symantec.

If you contact customer support prior to entering the new code, they'll extend your expiration date instead of immediately starting a new year. Its worth seeing if they can still make the adjustment for you.
