shipping was reasonably quick. the pan I got was labeled slightly different than the same one I already had (both 12in. D5 stainless), but I was more interested in the lid, so it worked out for me. old one says "MADE IN USA", and the new one says "BONDED, ENGINEERED, & ASSEMBLED IN USA".
