Great price, thanks! I mix it with my selfmade preworkout to make it drinkable. Half a spoon is enough otherwise this thing is way too sweet.

I'm looking for this answer as well. Just got another tub of XTEND BCAA. From reading some forums for supplements, EAA is what you should really go with vs. BCAA. They provided some facts that I'd butcher up. Anyhow, I'm probably going to try EAA next.

What's your homemade pre-workout recipe?

What's EAA?
And does that mean Extend isn't good because of BCAA?

I prefer not to have any caffeine but you can add to it if thats what you want. Work the amounts to your likings.

Creatine Monohydrate - 8g
Beta Alanine - 5g
Citrulline Malate - 8g
Betaine - 3g
Taurine - 2g

I also add a scoop of solulable fiber and half a scoop of the above Dymatize amino, mainly for taste because it tastes pretty nasty otherwise.

Isn't the recommended dose of creatine 3-5 grams?

Can you provide a link? I'm interested in any further information. Oooo EAA is Essential vs just the Branch Chain? It includes all the BCAA? Is that correct?

I myself am asking... Would like to know a good pre workout recipe for gains.
On the Extend thread there are multiple people claiming that BCAA is debunked science.

Did they convince you? Did they provide any sources?

Save your money, don't buy this.
If looking for a pre-workout drink, consume caffeine. Commercial pre-workout drinks are only good for their stimulants.

BCAA's are junk

Why? And how did you arrive at this conclusion?

Why not creatine at least? With my pre workouts my veins pop at the very least and I get so amped I'm not sure what it is. I'm talking about Insanity pre. I also would never buy an energy drink again...
