Don't get me wrong: I have a local Harbor Freight and love it for certain things. But can we please not parrot HF's ridiculous marketing nonsense like "Huge Parking Lot Sale"? It's their standard weekend sale, no bigger or smaller than any other sale except maybe during the holidays. There's nothing "huge" about it, nor have I ever seen any HF where the merchandise is actually sold from the parking lot.

It's just marketing hype to mislead the unsophisticated and unaware.

Before COVID they would have an actual parking lot sale at my local HF.

The Daytona jack stands are well built. The welds are clean, added a locking pin, and added reinforcement beams in the base. The Pittsburgh ($110) and Daytona ($135) 3 ton low profile jacks are also a good deal.

Does anyone know if HF has fixed their Jack Stand issues? I recall in the past A LOT of shotty work/quality with them.

I do a lot of work on my own car (oil, brakes, tire rotations, etc.) and would love to have a set to put under to make me feel a bit safer when working on the car, but I don't want to cheap out and have a $20k car crush me. Are the Daytona branded ones up-to-the job?

Does anyone have their electric pole saw? Has it survived over the years?

I have the SunJoe 10" and I am constantly amazed how well it works and how well it's held up. At some point I replaced the chain rather than trying to sharpen it. Bought a 2-pack of cheap chains on Amazon for 12 bucks.

My only slightly negative comment is the bar oil tends to leak out of the fill opening if the saw is left laying on its side.

I would buy another if I needed to but this one just keeps working.

Agreed the Sun Joe pole saw is way better than it should be.

I don't think I would be buying anything from Harbor Freight that my life depended on.
