Looks a bit like a TV wall mount plate with a pull up bar bolted on.
Looks a bit flimsy to me. I think I'd pass if I needed a pullup bar.
The product description states that it was "crafted from our foldable wall rack stringer plate". The "TV mount" part of it seems to be the same piece they used to sell in their out of stock wall rack[fitnessfactoryoutlet.com]. Interestingly, they seemed to stop using that part in their current products, both for the wall rack[trugrit-fitness.com] and the pullup bar[trugrit-fitness.com]. Not sure if the part was abandoned due to issues with performance or something else, but it seems odd. The pullup bar they sell on their site has a much shorter warranty than all their other products, and the company declared bankruptcy last December. Caveat emptor.

In all seriousness, you would mount anything that is holding weight to the studs behind your drywall lol.
