ebay sellers have to meet certain standards for listing.....amazon "fulfills" for it's sellers and is responsible upon issues (unless direct shipped from seller). Was the seller Orico or a third party?

That is a nice one and also does 10GBPS....I will point out the orico one handles both NVME AND m.2 Sata so all depends on what you are looking for...if you don't have the 20% coupon for the orico then the wavlink can save a few dollars if you dont need or want m.2 sata support (nvme is faster so not something majority will need except for transfering from older ssd's.)
