I have this in my desktop as my OS drive, has been fast and reliable for the past few months. I picked it up back at the beginning of the year when they were running about $150 each.

This thing uses the Phison E18 controller w/ SK Hynix DDR4 DRAM Cache

This looks like a California based importer, like Patriot. I have no idea how quick they'll let you a replacement drive if it fails or how much more likely it will fail than a good Solidigm or Samsung drive, but if the drive catches flames and burns down your house, there is probably some nice office furniture you can sue for.

Correct me if I'm wrong it looks like this is as good or better than the Crucial P5 2TB ? How's the temp since the P5 runs at like 50C+ idle I got the P5 on sale 2TB at $80 if this runs normal temps thats an equal or better deal. *I see a crystaldiskinfo reviewer showing its 48*C idle, my P5 is 55C right now just browsing the web.

Did you add a heatsink to it? What are your idle temps like?

My motherboard (asus rog strix b650e-f) already has heatsinks built in that I did use. Idle temps I saw at install were 42-44 °C (back when I first installed it, haven't checked since and my case is not a high airflow design) and I've never seen it go above 60 °C under heavy load.
