Seems like a good deal, but can't find any serious reviews on it, not even on Best Buy and Amazon where the chair sells for full price. Still, been in the market for a legit 3D massage chair for a while now, so I bit the bullet. Should come in next week, will leave a full review!
Looks like the rollers move front to back in the 3D in addition to up/down and left/right as in the 2D.
That's correct. I had to replace an old 2d one with a 3d and the rollers kind of dig into your back. Honestly I leave it on the default settings. Otherwise it can be kind of intense.
I have another model from Titan. Massage function works pretty well, but the program is atrocious. There's no customization, and UI is just terrible.
I honestly think they make the cheaper models difficult to use on purpose.
The foot massage on my $3K+ Osaki is mediocre at best. Most of the times I wear slippers or turn it off anyway. For less than 1K this is a steal.. assuming the 3D and other features are legit.
I had a conversation with Titan, gave them my height and weight and they were very helpful. Explained this would likely not be the best fit and reccomended a different chair instead that would work for my height, after canceling this order. Great customer service!

It'd be even more helpful if you shared what sizes they do recommend this model for...

true, I almost bought this when on sale a few weeks ago for around $1000 but the no foot massage was a deal breaker.
good deal for those that go with it.

I wouldn't buy it without trying it first.
