I can't stand "creamy" but this is really a toxic waste dump all by itself... EEK!

Eating this is knowingly sticking a knife in your heart.... Two of the worst products ever consumed by man..... (Sugar, hydrogenated vegetable oils)....

INGREDIENTS
Roasted peanuts, sugar,
hydrogenated vegetable oil
(cottonseed, soybean and
rapeseed oil) to prevent
separation,
salt.

is palm oil really that much worse for you than peanut oil though. the peanut butter that's 100% peanuts costs twice as much as this stuff

Yes. https://versus.com/en/palm-oil-vs-peanut-oil

Then there are the environmental considerations of how it's currently planted and produced: https://www.worldwildlife.org/ind...s/palm-oil

I'm someone who like PB, which brand product is healthy that you would recommend ?
My go-to brands are 1) Trader Joe's unsalted chunky (darker roast, only ingredient is peanuts, $2.49/16oz jar) and if you don't have a Trader Joe's near you 2) Crazy Richard's unsalted chunky (lighter roast, just peanuts, available at most Walmarts I've been to). I haven't tried Teddie yet, but will if it goes on sale.

If you stir them REALLY well after opening and keep them in the fridge, they remain spreadable.

I started getting unsalted due to wife's diet, but soon found that I prefer the taste of just peanuts without sugar or salt. Now, if I try Jif or Skippy, it tastes sickly sweet.

After switching back and forth between pbfit and actual peanut butter. I'd have to say pbfit while a low calorie alternative it's texture and peanut taste isn't quite there. I'll still use pbfit for protein ice cream recipes and days I want lower calorie spread on toast, waffles. Luckily, I can limit myself and have self control to 2 tbsp of peanut butter a day
