I did as another posted suggested and googled the title and the Doctor of Credit website gave me the correct link and I was eligible.

I'd need to see it stated on the site somewhere and know what products are eligible.
Also, for those saying it's only for new accounts, it's not, because I've had an account for probably 10 years, or close to it. I don't use it a ton, maybe a couple times each month, though, so that's probably why I'm eligible.
