How it Works: Eligible Participant must click through the Invitation link and make at least one purchase ("Eligible Purchase") using their Valid Account during the Offer Period. Upon successfully completing an Eligible Purchase, each Eligible Participant can receive PayPal Rewards points ("Points"). The Points can be redeemed for up to 10% cash back, for a maximum of $30 (3000 Points) ("Reward"). Other equivalent options are available. Once the Eligible Participant has received the maximum Points during the Offer Period, Points will no longer be distributed. The receipt and redemption of Points is further subject to the PayPal Rewards Program Agreement.
Reward: Reward should be available in Eligible Participant's Account Overview within fourteen (14) days after qualifying to receive them but may be available sooner. If Points are redeemed for a Reward option and used towards an eligible purchase on PayPal, the following are excluded : (1) send/receive money transactions (including those marked as a "Goods and Services" payments), (2) purchases made using PayPal.me; (3) PayPal Debit Mastercard®, PayPal Cashback Mastercard®, PayPal Prepaid Mastercard®, PayPal Extras Mastercard®, and PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® purchases made using the card directly and not through your Valid Account, (4) PayPal transaction fees, or (5) transactions made in any other currency beyond USD. Use of the Reward will be reflected on the Eligible Participant's PayPal receipt and/or in the transaction details of his/her Valid Account.

PayPal was difficult to work with. Didn't want to look at the video. They found in favor of the seller instead of me despite of the evidence. I contacted my credit card provider and they reversed the charges. The auction house made some nasty insinuations at me and I read them the riot act and have not done any business with them since.
I still use my paypal account, they did not shut me down or make any threats, in fact they didn't say anything about it. I was glad I used a CC to fund my paypal payment and would never use paypal in a transaction that didnt have a CC behind it to protect me.

I got an email almost immediately showing the pending points for that transaction, but nothing for the two I made on Monday afternoon. I called PP and was on hold for about a half hour, got an agent in India (I presume) that I couldn't understand at all, but I managed to get her to forward me to another agent, who as it turns out, is here in California. After a long conversation, he is looking into why the points weren't awarded for my Monday afternoon purchases. I'm still waiting for a resolution on that, he told me that I would hear something "within 3 to 5 business days". I'll report back here when I find out what's going on.
My point is, apparently even if you save an offer into your account, it may well (and probably will) be kicked out after a single transaction, even though you are not told this anywhere on the PP website - I looked - read all the details and restrictions on the PP points program and there is nothing about this problem/issue. I don't think anyone here, including myself, will be getting the offer that we signed up for in this thread. Don't hold your breath waiting, as you can see, it's hard to even get points even when you follow all their "rules". I will have to fight to get the points for the AE transactions, I'm quite sure of it now. Good luck to all. Hope this experience helps someone to know what to expect.
