This is almost identical to the ps5 version, it runs in upscaled 4K and 60fps on ps5. The only thing you're missing is the dualsense haptics and instant load times (ps4 version loads fast already). A really good deal for only $20. After seeing the side by side of ps4/ps5 versions there's little reason to pay the extra $10.

Best Buy also has free shipping.

Incorrect. This is the Director's Cut of the PS4 version, so it includes all the DLC as well. The only features missing compared to the PS5 version, other than those mentioned in the OP, are lip sync for Japanese voiceover and enhanced 3D audio.

This is 1 of the Best Games I have ever played. Worth every penny. I would have paid Full price if I knew how good it was when it came out.

The PS4 version will run at 60fps on PS5, but there's no free upgrade to the PS5 version. All you had to do was Google it.
