I spent the time and money on 7.2. Definitely not worth it. If you have money to blow, go ahead but don't think you will hear a big difference.

Should've gone 5.2.2 instead of 7.2. Imo Atmos is better than an extra set of surrounds

Only other major difference is a 2nd HDMI out, which would only matter if you have 2 different displays you want to output to. I did a decent amount of research on the s760h and the extra bit of wattage is basically meaningless. I've been very happy w/ it. Replaced an older high-end Denon that was 105 watts/channel and in my decent sized room I notice no difference in sound quality.
