I believe this would be a better deal. Except for a smaller SSD, Zenbook is better in just about every other way…sturdier build, more comfortable keyboard, larger & more responsive touchpad, sharper display, larger battery….

I have lost my confidence in Asus. Just a week ago I bought an Asus Zenbook Flip with 2K OLED, returned within 2 days because of BSOD. It ran hot just by watching HDR contents on Youtube.

Ddr4 ram is the problem here. For 800 bucks Ddr5 is a must.
I don't know why laptop manufacturers are not able to give a decent laptop. Good 400 nits 120hz ips display, Ddr5 ram, Gen3 SSD, latest i5 processor and decent construction at a good price? Is it too difficult?

Just to note, that's a desktop processor that is significantly more power hungry...

I doubt the extra battery capacity makes up for it...
