Nobody is looking forward to school supply shopping, I guess it's not one of their favorites.
I know it isn't mine, but the deals area great honestly. beats having to pay $2 for the same notebook off-season.

Aren't most schools already in? All of FL schools are in already. Back to school shipping was 2 weeks ago!

For stocking up prices, is .35 pretty low for spiral notebooks? I'm in no rush so I'm wondering how long they will last or if they'll go lower here or elsewhere

They are the normal prices of all these items. Pen & Gear is Walmart's brand, and these are regular prices for about 8-9 months in the year. Walmart increases the prices for all these items slightly during winter months. Then they go back to normal after a couple of months.

Years ago, I bought a pile of those spiral notebooks for a whole 10 cents a piece. I used them for to-do lists and ADHD-inspired inventions I'll never make. As I got through the pile, I noticed even in a dark closet in a climate-controlled house, the pages had begun to yellow. These aren't likely any different and will possibly do the same.

The 35 cents notebooks go down to 10 cents every year in store (Ohio), after the schools in your area have opened.

Well, these prices seem better than the Staples recent sale. I still remember most of these items $0.10 each. Hard to believe the cost has gone up so much in a few years....

i was at staples yesterday doing back to school shopping, the staples brand 1 subject spiral notebook is 35 cents too.

I like getting those really expensive ones that have the plastic covers and were priced at some ridiculous price and at some point are in the clearance section for a quarter. Some are multi section with pockets more like binders than notebooks.
