No, but the 4070 TI is very overpriced. The 7900 XT is the one to get in that price bracket.

Have a 2080 super, wonder if I should get this to tie me over until the 5 series comes out? Would probably only play Starfield and or Diablo in that time.

It's the same tier of card but only one generation newer, and Incremental FPS increases like that aren't worth it, imo.

I think the 6800 is like 25% faster than the 2080 super. It's not a huge increase, but i don't think that it is incremental.

The vram bump would probably be the biggest benefit. But that mostly depends on what resolution and what games they play besides those 2. And starfield might be a vram hog like the last of us or hogwarts legacy.
