It's almost half the price on AliExpress, same specs no RGB for $78. It's called firebat ak2 plus , look under super deals. It sells out fast but does get restocked often too.

There was another thread for acemagic and someone commented about BeeLink being superior but is ban from SD. So most likely your BeeLink is better quality but you won't see it on communist SD.

Totally appreciate you posting the link. I've only seen the N5105 8/256 in stock, has anyone seen the the N95 in stock? I'm guessing it only stays in stock momentarily until someone swoops it up.
It's few and far between now that quite a few are watching it, seen the 8/256 n95 come up the other day.. I grabbed the 16/512 n95 but that was nearly two weeks ago now

edit: will warn you that mine came with a UK adapter but a simple UK to us plug adapter should work as it looks to be compatible with both voltages

I'm looking at replacing an aging mini PC used as a Plex server. Is this at least as good as the Nvidia Shield for this purpose?
U might want to shell out another $20 for a N100 mini PC with 6W TDP, compared to N95 at 15W

Is there a cheaper AliExpress link? What model should I look for?

I saw an N100, 16GB (lpddr5?)/1TB for $180 on aforementioned site but AEx links are frowned upon

can anyone give me a reference range for what a computer like this can do? where does an N95 processor fit in the pantheon of processors? what other devices is this faster than? is it *at all* capable of playing games (genshin impact for example)?

The only problem with these cheap mini PCs is the Realtek chipset. With the latest Linux distributions the Ethernet stopped working. I have to rely on Wi-Fi. Other than that the processor is capable for almost use cases.
just upgrade to latest kernel or use dkms driver

Can the memory on these be upgraded? I am looking for a SFF machine to run a bunch of test VMs on, and 32gb would be the lower limit I'd like to go.

That's...something you're doing then, both the n100 and 5105 I have worked OOB with debian.

Don't plan on it unless it explicitly mentions memory being expandable in the description.

493 sold now.

you get the idea yet?
What are you talking about? This is a common Chinese trick. They lower the price when it is not in stock, so people bookmark it or set alerts. When it's back in stock, some people will inevitably forget how much it was when it was out of stock and just buy it. Other people will just accept it as a fact of life that prices go up and will also buy it at the actual price. If one person buys it for $200 and another $10, the overall sold number will increase just the same.

You sound like you're an agent for this company. I get emails from people like you all the time asking me to "test" your products in exchange for a 5 star review on amazon. Wanna give me one for free laugh out loud
