Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

First off, this is a terrible product.

However, if you're on a budget, but you want to buy new and need this for gaming, get the AMD RX 580 8GB, which is $130 brand new. The RX 580 has double the VRAM, double the memory bandwidth, performs better all around, and is cheaper.
Pro tip: You can also look for Amazon Warehouse deals on open-box GPUs. But make sure they are sold by Amazon. You can find some sweet deals there, and I've never had trouble registering those GPUs as brand-new purchases for manufacturer's warranty purposes.

Yeah, this is some junk Nvidia farted out from spare parts. I'm surprised the 1630 is still holding in there as much as it is price wise.

I realize some people just don't "get it" as far as having a proper sized case if you intend to game a lot, but can't they even bother to do some research on a fairly expensive purchase?

This series should be locked in an Indiana Jones warehouse crate and covered over with dust.

@staff, if you're gonna edit stuff out of my comment, at least notify me.

There's a website called Dealforager that's quite helpful for finding Amazon Warehouse deals. Its search engine is better than Amazon's.

(I hope SD staff won't delete this like they did in my earlier comment. Dealforager is not an SD competitor. It offers a service that SD does not.)

Nobody should be "buying" a GTX 1650 ever... Even when new...

Even when it was "new", 3 years ago, it was a hot turd. 4gb of VRAM in 2023 is like 4gb of non-upgradeable ram in a laptop.

Unforgiveable.
