Their return policy is awful. I got a shirt that went $10 cheaper before it even arrived. Wouldn't price adjust. Easier at times to buy their brand from Amazon with the Fed ex drop off.

Good tip. Was about to pull the trigger on a rain jacket but checked Amazon and it was cheaper there.

I found out the return policy the hard way. After something around $20 was a weird fit, I looked at return options.
It clearly stated that return to store is an option.
The store refused since I had paid by PayPal. That was not mentioned on the return instructions.

So I was out my time and gas twice. Once to drive to the store, second to get the return to UPS or FedEx. Columbia then withheld $6 from the refund.

I prefer PayPal, so my credit card doesn't show up in the prolific data breaches.

Anyway, I'm not ordering clothes or shoes without free returns anymore.

this was on sale at the end of the winter season. I couldn't decide on the hooded or non-hooded version so I didn't get either. Logged in today and see that they are still in my cart lol
