The good: (1) the top and sides are all steel paneled - no sight of those ugly insulation foams. Mine was made in Germany if it matters; (2) extremely quite and clean dishes well; (3) the 3rd rack really works well for me. .
The disappointments: (1) flimsy front door panel. Mine flex quite a bit when lightly pressed, which gives a cheap feeling. The front panel of my Monogram was thick and rock solid. Not sure if I got a lemon, otherwise it's a shame to go cheap for the price range; (2) I only used it twice and the unit already froze on me the second time I used it. The symptom was all lights being permanently lit and the dishwasher didn't respond. I had to unplug to reset. Pressing resetting button didn't work.
The installer Costco hired was a big disappointment. I should've been provided with a Bosch junction box ($20 at many retail stores) for the free installation kit. Instead, an incompatible GE installation kit came with the dishwasher on the delivery day. When the installer came four days late, he seemed to know the issue (without even touching the GE kit) and asked me to pay him $90 to install a receptacle - a 5 minute job and $3 parts. At the end, the guy even wanted to take the unopened GE kit with him. For the whole process, I think this company is probably running a scam - send you an incompatible kit first, then force you to pay exorbitant money to get the job done. I had to call Costco to get my money back.
