This is a _great_ keyboard. I've used one at home for over a year and no issues at all. Great battery life, great connection, and quick response when using the included Bolt receiver. My wife then got one that she loves – full size instead of mini – and then I purchased another one for the office.

I got the full one for home - it's so easy to switch between devices so it's great for using it for wfh and personal use. Loved it so much I got a second one for the office too.

Feels great, looks great, works great.

The discount is only for clicky switches which I definitely won't use in the office, so I will wait.

Anyone have a recommendation for a good keyboard for home use that's very quiet? I want the mechanical feel but the constant clicking sound gives me a headache.

Click on the link from Op, click on Style, and choose the quiet version of this keyboard.

Logitech has double typing issue reported on several of their keyboards and I experienced it personally, but so far it's not mentioned in the Amazon reviews for this one.

had this one with brown switches. Sold it and bought a Nuphy. I really disliked the mushy feel of the switches and the feel of key caps. Great battery life though. I guess if you work around other people and must have a mechanical board, it is quieter.

Why can't the Tactile keys be on sale? I have the tactile in full size and prefer it over the clicky, and would love a compact for travel.

Most manufacturers make "silent" variants of their switches. My personal favorites are the Gazzew and Boba U4 Silent Tactiles. They feel great and are super, super quiet. Like, "won't piss off anybody at the library" quiet. The trouble is, as far as I know, they aren't sold in a pre-built keyboard, so you'll have to get a hot swappable keyboard (which can be pretty cheap these days) and buy the switches separately for about $0.65 each. Installing your own switches into a hot swap board is about as difficult as changing the batteries in a TV remote -- you just have to do it 70-100 times, so it's a little tedious.

Yeah. Logi makes some of the highest quality peripherals money can buy, but theyre far from market leaders in the mech keys game.

The ajazz ak832 for $40~ is very good for the price. https://slickdeals.net/share/iphone_app/t/16807295
