Is this a QLED? And is this recently released?
It's not QLED (at least according to the specs list on the Costco website). and yes it's a new release 2023 model.

Limit 3. I guess the
Buy 4, Save $300
Buy 5 or more, Save $400
Does not apply. Still a good deal
If you buy 3 you can Save $200. $809-$200: $609.97 ($203.33 each). that's a Black Friday kinda deal if someone is in need of 3 big TVs.

for a 2023 model 4K 58" TV with a Motion Rate of 240 and 3 year Costco warranty this is such a steal. I ordered one for my bedroom.
First time buying a tv from Costco, how does the 3 year warranty work? Is the warranty just attached to the order automatically and they will see it when I bring the tv back for service?

Just at the right time my Hisense tv just died after 3 years never again for that brand have on TCL still working fine for 5 years and it is on family room where kids play switch and xbox . Do not buy Hisense at any cost. Not sure about the 240 motion rate is that accurate 🤔

If buy 3 and return 2, do I still get the $203 price?

In store, make sure the cashier adds warranty line item on receipt...I once had the cashier forget and luckily caught it, otherwise my tv wasn't covered with extra warranty. It should then get zeroed out. Online it should automatically add on.

Btw, my TCL 6 series died a month after warranty expired. It seems their build quality has improved, but this is definitely an excellent deal with extra protection for an otherwise great value performance tv.

Is this confirmed to be QLED? I don't see it anywhere listed or specified is why I am asking.

Looking for a budget TV and between this and the Vizio V555-J01.
Not QLED. Between the V series and this TV, I would go with theTCL.

Seems like TCL and Hisense are the mid to low end TV go to brands now. I have a 2018 /6 series that has great PQ. I also got the 58"U6HF on Prime Day which was delivered 2 days ago and from what I see the image is very good.

From the reviews that I read in Rtings, similar TCL and Hisense outperform their Vizio counterparts.

I can't speak to the reliability of Hisense but I never understand why people swear off brands over a single product failure. There are people who could tell the exact same story about their TCL TV (or any other brand). It's one thing if they don't stand behind warranties or have poor customer service but a single product breaking doesn't really say much about a company.

I bought 2 and returned one. They refunded half the total $100 discount, so I got the first unit for $50 bucks off.

The GoogleTV UI is laggy to me, may consider pairing it with an AppleTV soon. Overall, pretty satisfied with the quality and size of the TV for the price.

Dang. I was hoping since it's a 2023 version, the UI would be decent and not laggy. I wonder what the specs are. I couldn't see it in the costco website.
