If you cancel before the 5th month it will not allow you to maintain your membership till the 5th month. The membership will end before the start of the next free pay cycle

If you have a CITI card, generate a virtual card number for this, set max daily charge to $2. When 5 months is up, future subscription will get automatically declined

Sweet, thanks OP! Signed up and it said the original promo code was not valid, then changed it to your promo code and it said 3 free months, but the renewal date was Dec 17. Thinking 4 months is still good, I subscribed. Then I went into account management, and it changed to renewal on Jan 17, so ended up with 5 months.

Don't forget to use the privacy app so you can use it till the last day and don't get charged if you forget to cancel.

Sip club member in NC RDU area for a year. Found quality varies widely by store. One near my office is great - clean with decent coffee, cups and all drinks available without going to counter. One near my house OK but now all cups, even coffee cups, behind counter. One near my gym has very weak lukewarm coffee and too many times, no coffee at all. Dirty to boot.

This worked for me as a lapsed subscriber.

Logged in, clicked subscribe, entered promo code and it showed a date 3 months out. After submitting it showed a date 5 months out. Set a reminder to cancel in month 5. Thanks OP!

Coffee here is terrible (extremely watered down and I got diarrhea both times I tried it so I gave up) but I do love the brisk raspberry iced tea and mango passion green tea
