Edit: Wohoo!! I managed to get best buy to price match it. It took 3-4 hours chatting with different representatives until one finally budged and gave me the price match of $512! Funny thing is I almost gave up before the last rep said they'd match it. Out of stock in my local town so I drove an hour away to a neighbor state to pick it up. My advice to anyone: keep asking new best buy chat reps. Don't get discouraged. Persistence is key. Good luck!

Thanks OP. I already got $100 back yesterday when the price dropped to $599 for 55" I purchased a week ago. Now says $612 ($12 markup for same day delivery I assume) - $100 discount. $512 total before tax. And delivered even. Insane. I ordered for delivery late tomorrow as proof for when I go ask for another $100 refund tomorrow. Maybe I will get a 2nd. Don't really need one tho. I guess I could justify it as a computer monitor. Lol.

Just called Costco customer service

None at Arvada, Westminster, Lone Tree, and Littleton Colorado locations.

Supposedly there are 3 available in the Thornton location but the price is $997.97. Called them and they confirmed the price, but only have 1 left.

So I got the 48 inch a few weeks ago at $700. Price guarantee should be good for 30 days, does my store need to have in stock for that? I've never tried price matching with Costco.

I literally bought this yesterday in store (Chicago-South Loop). It was the dislay model with remote only and no box. It did come with the 5 year warranty or $100 off. I took the warranty.

I'm actually in San Antonio and bought the 55" at the Alamo Ranch location yesterday. There were some left, but I can't comment how many are left now. To save you some time, I did not see the 48" on same day delivery for the other locations. Selma & Stone Oak have the 55" at $999.97.

there are still a few 55" C2 around the DC area at 2 of the maryland stores, but 55" is too big for a monitor and too small for a living room. no 48" in the 25 closest costcos
