Edit: Wohoo!! I managed to get best buy to price match it. It took 3-4 hours chatting with different representatives until one finally budged and gave me the price match of $512! Funny thing is I almost gave up before the last rep said they'd match it. Out of stock in my local town so I drove an hour away to a neighbor state to pick it up. My advice to anyone: keep asking new best buy chat reps. Don't get discouraged. Persistence is key. Good luck!

An agent confirmed the eligibiltiy for price match, then I was transferred to sales, waited for 40 minutes or so, was transferred back to the same agent and was told that "By the way it show's here on the documentation from the Sales team that this item is no longer available for the price match."

I've done it in the past. Takes 3-4 days usually, but can take up to a week.
