Edit: Wohoo!! I managed to get best buy to price match it. It took 3-4 hours chatting with different representatives until one finally budged and gave me the price match of $512! Funny thing is I almost gave up before the last rep said they'd match it. Out of stock in my local town so I drove an hour away to a neighbor state to pick it up. My advice to anyone: keep asking new best buy chat reps. Don't get discouraged. Persistence is key. Good luck!

Update:

Gave up on BB. Called my local costco stores and the 599 LG C2 OLED just went OOs. However, they did have the Sony A80CK 55 inch (97755080) in stock for 799 with a free additional 2 year warranty worth 100 bucks. Went ahead and got that instead for 799 + tax. The whole price stuff is very arbitrary and varies from costco to costco.

Edit: On the instacart page the A80CK TV is for 712 after 100 dollar discount.

Got a $512 price match! 5th try. Hang in there! My guy was very quick to offer the price. If they seem to be having issues with the page or need to go back and check more than once, I'd have to assume the manager is shutting the party down.

How are these rare deals making front page??? SD mods are sleeping on the job, a deal like this only available at 1% of costco stores should NEVER be frontpage!

It's actually at a lot of costcos. Most are OOS as its lat years model and the ones that do have it are selling it at either 599 or 999 depending on some weird costco decision. I talked to manager at my store and they have it for 999, but the one a couple miles away had it for 599. My store had the Bravia A80CK for 799 but the other store had that for 1199. So its really arbitary but not all that uncommon.

How about I got the price match on the first try ($512.97 price)!!! Feel like I should go buy a lottery ticket next. I had to get it delivered because it couldn't fit in my car, so fingers crossed it doesn't get canceled. I used the Texas address, and the rep's name was Sophia. I think someone spoke to her in this thread as well because she mentioned it was her birthday.

Price matched a Best Buy Texas store to be delivered to my home in Lake Elsinore, CA. Took me one try. Just hope my fiancée isn't home when it's being delivered lol
