Edit: Wohoo!! I managed to get best buy to price match it. It took 3-4 hours chatting with different representatives until one finally budged and gave me the price match of $512! Funny thing is I almost gave up before the last rep said they'd match it. Out of stock in my local town so I drove an hour away to a neighbor state to pick it up. My advice to anyone: keep asking new best buy chat reps. Don't get discouraged. Persistence is key. Good luck!

If I go pick up my full priced Best Buy tv today that's ready for pickup and I get an email saying the price match wasn't approved do you think I'll be able to go back to the store and complain? I have screen recording of my chat with customer service about the price adjustment and also have photos of the $512.97 price being at Costco

I just wasted a couple of hours trying to resolve the price match rejection I received last night.

Same responses from every agent. It starts out promising and then they end with the same spiel (out of stock, same-day services, etc).

If you got a rejection, I'd recommend not wasting your time.

Just got email from bb that my PM refund was rejected. Even showing them chat reference I was promise to get refund within 24hr. I didn't open tv so not sure if I return to bb will I get hit with fee. Tried talking to chase about this and they said can't do anything about it and to just return it if don't want. Bastard, should've got PM to buy with link instead of listening to other to buy now n get on refund smh

I'd love to know where these people are getting pm denials from. I got an email confirming my pm refund this morning.. Must have not went through check-out process w/ agent in chat awaiting order #.

Ah, that's not the way I did it. I had agent on chat w/ me throughout process & request price match on the spot. Maybe that's why. Was also able to get $412.97 price since there was an extra $100 off at the time. That part's definitely YMMV. Agent said they'd make me a "one time exception".

Now I'm going to have to sell my TCL 65 R655. I hate too, but no where to put it. What would you sell for it's 6 months old maybe. Still under warranty until next summer I think.

I went through the check out process w/ agent in chat and then handed her the order #. And still got a denial PM email this morning.
