Edit: Wohoo!! I managed to get best buy to price match it. It took 3-4 hours chatting with different representatives until one finally budged and gave me the price match of $512! Funny thing is I almost gave up before the last rep said they'd match it. Out of stock in my local town so I drove an hour away to a neighbor state to pick it up. My advice to anyone: keep asking new best buy chat reps. Don't get discouraged. Persistence is key. Good luck!

people gotta stop posting that they got the PM to go through without specifying the time. There could very well be a policy from the top to stop price matching this so telling people you were able to get a PM five hours ago isn't going to help anyone.
