if you knew how much college cost with inflation and how it compared to your cheap school back in 1950, you wouldn't say crap like that

I agree that students have more spending money these days. However, I'm grateful for these deals since I have two students I'm paying for.

Of course it makes sense, for at least two reasons:
1. They get hooked on a discounted account, which Apple can potentially transition to a full paid account after they graduate and are no longer eligible
2. They have an additional account that's not part of a family shared account.
