If you want a comprehensive list of ALL the Panasonic/Sanyo nimh chargers ever made to pick the best for your needs.

1. This isn't the most amazing charger.
If 1 cell is marginal, it'll complain and not charge. No reconditioning mode. No full discharge mode to maintain capacity.
2. No rapid charger mode.
Yes, there's those that complain about rapid charging = fewer charge cycles, but some use cases can't wait. (E.g. If you need your flash to be ready for the wedding in an hour, 9 hours ain't going to keep you in business.)

That said, for most users, it won't matter.
Any modern, good nimh charger will be fine with any nimh battery if you just want things to run and not care about that last penny saved.
With 10 minute chargers on the market for rapid charging users, reconditioning chargers for those that want to squeek extra life out, etc, a ton of chargers out there for everyone.
EBay. Often better chargers new and used to be had.
+1 for individual charging
+1 for NOT being a rapid charger

I own that one.
Link above says it is discontinued but its successor is mentioned.

as this deal is ONLY for an empty charger - without ANY batteries.
Seeing as OP is staff...I'm actually surprised - must have been rushed to get in their daily quota.
