Got one last black Friday. Back rollers stopped working after half dozen uses. No issues with replacement. Delivery was great and was a no questions asked exchange within 30 days. Had to remove inner door moulding and door for chair to get in house and it still rubbed. Tip....leave plastic wrap on chair until its in house so its less likely to get scratches on plastic sides of chair. Make sure you measure your door from the inner moulding, not the door. My clearance without the inner moulding and door on was slightly smaller than width of chair so it rubbed going through.

I purchased a laptop I had planned to gift. Changed my mind and returned it 2 days later without opening it. They tried to refund me a partial credit twice. The first time citing it was part of a package deal, and the I had brought back evrything, and the second time that recycling fee was not refundable. I had to call for the manager twice...
I can't believe how many people they must ripoff with this scam on a daily basis. Best buy is extremely untrustworthy these days.

I have been wanting a massage chair for quite a while, struggling with a cheaper 2D or more expensive 3D. This one seems at a sweet spot for price/functionality (at least hopefully).

And the free installation option just made it sweeter. Pulled the trigger, but somehow the order confirmation has not come through yet. Anybody else had the same experience?

awesome thanks, I'm upgrading from the last Insignia chair deal. The previous model chair for $1000 has lasted us about 1.5 yrs but the plastic foot roller got warped and stopped working as well. Tried to order a replacement part and it never shipped. A friend of ours has this chair and it is much nicer

I bought this chair last nov when it was on sale. I havent used it much but the rollers on the lower back seem to be broken or mis aligned. I wouldn't recommend this message chair. I haven't reached out to the customer service yet so not sure if they will fix it with 1 year warranty. If you decide to buy it's worth spending extra for extended warranty.

they won't sell an extended warranty on a massage chair. it doesn't fit into any of the categories for geek squad or total tech coverage.

you can try covering it as furniture with squaretrade. $199 for 3 years or $299 for 5 years.

I have this chair and it's great. we use it all the time. I literally sat in it this morning and it beat the hell out of my back. wouldn't recommend if you're over 6'3" though.
