I was originally going to get the brand massage chairs(osaki, titan), but I had to pay both way shipping if I decide to return..
Not sure if it is true, but someone mentioned that this is the same chair as Titan Acro, just missing few unnecessary options like heart rate monitor, voice commands, etc..
I'm going to join My Best buy Plus membership for $50 which extends return window to 60 days, try it out and decide whether to keep it or return it..
3D is just to small a number for my needs.
The 3D doesn't go that cheap, based on past deals. I had the 2D from Black Friday for $999 and it worked great but I am going to upgrade to this one at this price.
I bought this on a previous deal and it's really good for people upto 6 ft.
Anything more and it won't reach the top of the shoulder.
The shiatsu setting is the best imo. And the chair is really comfortable to turn on the massage and watch TV.
Best Buy will deliver and setup.
If you are in the market for a massage chair and on the fence I'd say get it. You will like it.

I did. i returned after 2 weeks of owning. It does not hit my trigger points, its too weak with the pad over it for the back. I tried without the pad cover and its okay at best. The leg compression just wasn't compressing as effectively. They also refused to go up a flight of stairs so we had it in the living room. Make sure you have a place for it cleared out and planned in advance. This chair takes up a large area.

I am sure there are better massage chairs out there but at this price point and with free delivery and installation for a 3D massage chair, I like it very much.
I had to schedule the final installation with Best Buy by going online into my order. It took 30 secs and the Best Buy Geek Squad delivery was prompt and quick to take it up the stairs and set it up in a room of my choice. I am enjoying the chair now during meetings or while watching TV in the evenings.
Can it replace a human massage? Definitely not. But for the cost of the chair just the air compression in the calves and feet and the rollers up and down the back while you are watching a game is worth it. It also has BT connection and if you want to watch a movie on a tablet then you can with the in-built speakers; or just listen to some music.
I think it serves my purpose and provides relaxation at the end of the day.
