Costco has the Iris USA 44 QT WeatherPro Plastic storage boxes for $9.49 - $2.50 = $6.99 out the door. This has a foam seal to keep out the elements. The item number for these is #1431449. On the receipt it has the discount listed with #0000309345 Not knowing how good of a deal this was, I did not get a picture of the sign, but I will when I get a chance to get back to Costco.

Just checked my warehouse...didn't see them anywhere. Too bad because if you get one of these, and one of the black and yellow ones that they sell you can make a nice winter cat shelter for strays/ferals. I put the pink foam insulation in between the black bin and the clear bin, cut an 8" hole through both and put straw in it.

I got a few from Costco in Woodland, CA for the price above, there were still stacks of them left. The price sign listed a limit of 10 per purchase (or customer, I can't remember).
