This is interesting. I'll check what the theatres looks like Sunday. But if rather pay 7 bucks on Tuesday to not be in a crowded theatre potentially full of people that use their phones, talk, bring babies, etc.

Thank you OP was gonna watch blue beetle on Tuesday at AMC for $7 now I can watch it for $4 on Sunday and save $3 a ticket total $6 saving with my son. Got grand Turismo for 3:45 and blue beetle for 6:15. Haha. That is tota $12 savings. Happy camper here.

Its a backlash against the studio of feminizing the MCU franchise and pushing female characters. However, its not merely about more females getting roles. It is about the substance of those roles. Captain Marvel, She Hulk, etc. Where the studio tries to, if you will, masculinize female characters in the silliest ways to emphasize that a woman is as strong as man, a leader, etc., because a tiny female character can somehow topple some oversized male character. In doing so, the studio completely misses the mark in demonstrating how female characters can build their backstory, reveal and demonstrate real leadership and strategic thinking.
See the recent trailer/ads for "The Marvels"..a horrible approach, bad storyline, etc. Fantastic Four is shaping up similarly.
