Thank you! Bought & repped. Upgraded from our V8 Absolute model as the motorhead is finally on its last legs after 6 years of use. I tried to buy a replacement head on Dyson, but they were out of stock. This is a sign, I think
I believe the V15 doesn't have a push power button, if that matters to you. We wanted one with the push button and can't afford the gen5 so the V12 will be perfect for us.

What is the push power?
Can you recommend a model with the most power? I'm also thinking the 12 (non slim) would be ideal for us but I can't tell whether the 15 is worth it since I don't know what the push power is exactly.

Ohhh, I'm referring to the power button on the Dyson vacuums. Traditionally, it's been a trigger that you press and hold to turn on and keep on. But with the V12 and the gen5, I think those are the ones that have a button you can just push and it will turn on/off.
If you're looking for power, I would likely recommend the V15 over V12 as it's stronger. If you want the maximum power that's most likely going to be the gen5 versions, but I'm not sure that is worth the price as they can be upwards of almost $1k.

I didn't know about the button option on v12/gen5, that's neat! Been tempted to get one of those trigger v15 holders on Amazon lol
IIRC, I don't believe the gen5 is worth it. Gen5 has 135k RPM while v15 has 125k. Gen5 has a ~30W increase in boost mode over the v15 (but boost mode is minimally used). Gen5 is ~950, meanwhile v15's go on sale for ~500 decently often.

These will go bad even sooner, buy a V8 instead.Still Dyson is not value for the price, very convenient though.
