These machine comes with a default windows 11/10 but there is a software that comes with it, that you can see it under START UP services. I forgot the name but please make sure you reinstall windows.

You can also install Linux OS." I see what you mean by the header description not even mentioning W11, but my guess is it's going to be there, but if it isn't, send it back.
I see it in the title of the mini PC.
Why should I reinstall the Windows operating system?
What is the exact procedure to reinstall the operating system? Turn computer on, log into Microsoft account, go to settings and choose system reset?
Is there any security risks associated to this being a Chinese built system?

You should create a USB key and boot / install from there. No. Boot from USB, wipe, install.
Of course

1. Download a bootable copy of Windows 11 directly from Microsoft.
2. Take Beelink PC out of box. Insert usb that has the bootable Windows installation.
3. Power up and immediately install the new copy of Windows as I would on any new PC build. Do I need to acquire my own Windows license or will Windows recognize a license in the BIOS.
4. Download Drivers
5. Done
What drivers do I need to install? Doesn't Windows auto install drivers?

As others have said, the Windows 11 product key is NOT stored on the PC/Motherboard/BIOS. Even if you manually look up the product key in registry and save it, it will not activate on a new install since it's an OEM activated one.
However, if you email Beelink support with your serial number, they will provide you with a new Windows 11 Pro product key. It worked and activated without issue.
The chipset drivers are a hassle on a reinstall. Beelink does not provide them individually and requires using their image. If you went through the route of a reinstall, you wouldn't want it from Beelink anyways. Unfortunately, Intel does not provide the N100 drivers individually as well and says to contact the OEM. Intel does provide the graphics driver.
What worked for me was to grab the N100 chipset drivers from Dell.
