It really doesnt. It says that HF "doesn't even sell junk as useless as these C-Clamps." It contains no mention of what HF actually sells. Any inference about whether it sells junk more useful than those clamps or doesn't sell junk at all would be speculation.

Yeah, I agree that would be a common assumption based on the wording of the statement, but it still requires speculation to arrive at that interpretation, as it's beyond the scope of the actual statement.
