You have to use the Apple Lightning to USB-A camera adapter. It retails for ~$25. But it's worth mentioning that the this Monolith Portable DAC is probably the best value portable DAC on the market from a sound perspective. So, the extra price is nbd. You can get an open box adapter on ebay for cheaper. The UI/controls on this DAC aren't perfect but for the price it doesn't even remotely bother me - I prefer it. They value goes into great audio components.
People complain about it in comments, but if you want an awful sounding DAC with better buttons at this price point, they're easy to find. If you want a great sounding DAC with better buttons you don't use, they're also available for $500+
There are better DACs, that are exponentially more expensive. There are cheaper, that are worse. There are smaller, that are worse.
I've used this with my iPhone for a couple years now. I don't use it as often as I would have expected (i.e., all of the time), but when i really want to enjoy a song or relax I plug this in with my Sennheiser HD280s and love it.

Unfortunately, (incorrectly) saying it's expired.
Lightning to usb?
That would be the way but I'm not sure it supports that. Would love to know as well.
Looks like you'd need something like this, since the amp's usb input is micro usb

Would be a wild setup lol
