this is something I could really use but I'd rather not have to pay 8$ shipped or pad the cart with 35$ for 'free' shipping. Not available nearby.

Ah. I have Walmart+. There is no minimum order requirement and shipping is free. I apologize for not mentioning that.

Yep, no minimum requirement either. I think you can buy just one and they'd ship it for free.
