If you have Capital One rewards, there's 3% cashback.
I bought several cards and pre-paid my internet and electric and cell phone. I figured I ended up saving about $49 over 7 of them. ($4.05 plus 3% from Capital One, so about $7 on each one).
Not a bad deal. I just wouldn't advise buying them and sitting on them.
