Not the same OXO pans . The Costco pans ( non-Pro) can be used on induction cooktops though. This Pro model sold at Amazon cannot.

I got the 12" for $24 and change sometime ago.

It's great for eggs but it scratches very easily. I've only used a plastic spatula on it and it's all scratched up.

Can anyone recommend a non-stick pan that lasts more than 1 year heavy use? or 2 years lighter use. So far have tried circulon, granitium (Zwilling), hexclad which are all premium brands. First 2 start peeling after a year, hexclad sticks from day 1. Cheaper brands only last a few months including ceramics. Havent tried the newer lighter carbon steels.

My All-Clad non sticks have held up pretty damn well over the years. Wait for the seconds sale, there's usually deals to be had

If you're willing to go carbon steel, perhaps you should consider cast iron. I've been swapping out my nonstick cookware with cast iron, and carbon steel (and glass for bakeware). Cast iron is easier to maintain the nonstick than carbon steel, but I find myself using carbon steel more often for some reason.

Last time I posted the 12" on sale (~$35?), people mostly down voted the deal because there were cheaper non-stick models also available, like from Costco. Never mind that the cheaper pans weren't hard anodized and were a completely different model that wasn't as well made. Also ignored that it hadn't been that low in over a year. Just idiots with voting rights that can't figure things out for themselves if it isn't already stuck on the frontpage.

the more scratches the better, teflon flakes add a nice flavour.

All Clad, have had HA1 over 2 years, no issues yet

there are thousands of forever chemicals, saying it is PFOA free only gets them off the hook of that one. sorry, but anyone fooling themselves into thinking any "nonstick" pan is safe (even your favorite expensive ones) is, well, exactly that, fooling themselves. the only truly safe materials are non-reactive materials such as true ceramics, enamel, or glass, but if you don't like those, low-to-moderately reactive materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and cast iron should be prioritized over *any* "nonstick" materials.

Remember not to stack any other pans/dishes on top of your nonstick pans in storage - it's no different than using a metal fork on the pan.

If you want non-stick, go with carbon steel and after about a couple of months of usage, it will be non-stick. However, the initial 2 months would suck really bad and you have to take very good care of it.
