I luv these, but I don't want to get type 2 diabetes. I wish I was a kid again. I don't wish diabetes on anybody else ether after seeing what my parents go through. Please enjoy in moderation.

These aren't bad since they're individually wrapped and taffy is kinda melty by nature. I've made the mistake of having gummy bears shipped to me in the summer, though. That didn't turn out so well.

Not eating candy/sweets doesn't prevent type-2 diabetes. The foremost risk factor for developing it is a family history of diabetes. Being overweight/obese and leading a sedentary lifestyle substantially increase its likelihood, but you can also eat healthy and exercise regularly and still be diagnosed with diabetes.
