BJ's had them for $329 regular price this summer around me, so $300 for an end of season clearance seems pretty weak.

Also one this big is quite prone to shipping damage from Amazon.

Also ABT electronics has for same price, and cashback sites offering up to 8%

Back in August of 2021, I bought Frigidaire 8,000 BTU 115-Volt Window Air Conditioner, Wi-Fi, Energy Star, FHWW083WBE, for 240$

Excellent unit.

If this 12k btu unit here had WiFi @ the same 299$ price point, it would be selling much better.

But even without WiFi, this is a good Deal, yes, OP 👍
