I did the math on it about a week ago. The 13700 was about 10% faster for 8.8% more cost at the time I looked it up. That's a good value.

Like I said, it was based on prices a week or so ago. The spread at the time was about $30-40. Even if that's not possible today, you are likely to see similar deals in the near future.
Only talking about the processor as this is a deal for only the processor, and most people don't live near a Microcenter.
13700 is currently $363 on eBay and $370 at Amazon.
