Look it is a 3080ti laptop- that is equivalent raw power of a desktop RTX 4060. That is some serious graphic card in a laptop. It is a desktop replacement, most would use it with a monitor

Look into the mobile 4070 series. Saw a video about how they limit the total watts used and it tops out when compared to the 4080/4090.

really good machine, I prefer this over lenovo, good thermals, good performance, good keyboard, really good replacement desktop, I had 3 of them, it is heave, buy really good machine

HP build quality is definitely what it used to be..
I purchased a mid level laptop from them and the build quality was subpar. A Walmart Gateway is better built.

I see a lot of people saying 4070. I'd personally go with this based on VRAM. 16GB on this vs 8gb on the 4070. The way games are chewing up VRAM lately this is a great deal for a 3080TI machine esp if you're going to keep the next 3-4 years.
