Just did this. Had to create an account before checking out then I could check out and saw the new customer $20 off.
I used my same address, credit card and phone number. New email (used iCloud hide my email functionality)

I actually was able to get it to work. I did like @snowdrifter suggested before and 1) registered a new account 2) selected my food (hills cat urinary c/d, 8lb) 3) selected "repeat delivery." Came out to $33.xx w NJ tax.
