Do we know if someone has created a spreadsheet/grid/matrix that has these different Osaki (and maybe Titan) chairs that show the various features and lowest ever price (and maybe current price/seller) and then sorta like a rating/best-bang-for-buck type of sort order? That would be HUGELY valuable. Asking for a friend :-)

I received an email saying that 4000CS is out of stock and instead they will send 4000LS which they claim is an upgrade with foot rollers. Does anyone here has experience with LS version over CS? Quick Google search shows that LS has Durability concerns but I'm not 100% sure.

Did you make your decision? If yes, what model did you go with?
They haven't shipped mine and no response when I emailed and asked for status. They got my $ on 8/27. Bad impression with this company so far.

Apparently they oversold this…. I don't have my chair yet but this company made it right and shipped me the OS-4000LS model which happened to be the one I really wanted. Sometimes things workout 👍😁👍
