I have kinda given up on Chewy. They use to have good deals but they no longer offer many good coupons/deals or sales for current customers. Everything is for new customers. So there really isn't much incentive for current customers to use them unless they are matching an Amazon deal.
Yes, i realize i could set up 20 email accounts and get in on multiple new customer deals but keeping up with all the accounts and remembering to monitor and cancel auto ship across multiple accounts is a real pain. Just not worth it to those of us less organized types. I struggle just to keep my 2 old email accounts cleaned up.

Yep I noticed this recently. I created multiple accounts in the past and they have since disabled my accounts and not allow me to purchase any orders associated with my cc and/or address.

I've used a virtual credit card in the past. Order then forget. After the renewal order charge doesn't go though like 2-3 times over a couple of days the system just cancels the subscription.

I like Chewy in general, they always ship fast and their customer support is great. I got a few bags of these on sale, however, and found out too late that my dog hates this food. No idea why, I still have a huge bag that I'll have to give away or throw out.
